潘多姆检测技术可以更容易的识别癌前肿瘤或恶性肿瘤的风险,通过AP-T和Apo10数值来量化全身断全⾝肿瘤组织病变。
当潘多姆检测AP-T数值大于等于260且Apo10数值大于等于140时,预示着恶性肿瘤可能性较高,临床上多为原位癌或早期癌阶段。当AP-T数值大于等于260且Apo10数值小于140或AP-T小于260时,数值越高临床上预示组织病变程度越高,当AP-T越接近260时,不能完全排除少部分原位癌、早期癌。当AP-T数值小于240时,预示着存在恶性肿瘤的可能性较低。 [20]
